Shipping:

At Import Autopart we strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and expedite your order in a timely manner.

We ship from our Massachusetts warehouse via UPS or Parcel Post. Orders received by 1:00 PM EST can generally be shipped the same day (depending on size). All other orders will be shipped the next business day (excluding holidays).

We can drop-ship from various locations around the country from our suppliers' warehouses. Shipping from these drop-ship locations in PA, FL, TX, CA, OR, WA, may include UPS, FED-EX, and DHL.

Free UPS ground shipping is available on orders over $250.00 (excluding cores). Other restrictions may apply such as weight (brake rotors for example) and oversize items (large exhaust parts).

Depending on size, weight, and content (i.e. chemicals or gas pressurized items) certain orders may be restricted in the choice of shipping method.

Returns & Warranties:

All returns require prior authorization (including cores or warranty items). Please call us (1-800-590-0306) or email your request for an RGA number (return goods authorization).

All parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable). This warranty covers the part only and excludes any and all consequential costs such as labor, towing, etc.

Import Autopart offers no further coverage or warranties beyond the manufacturers' policy, other than that the part shall be free from defects in material and workmanship upon installation. The liability of Import Autopart shall be limited to the replacement of the part only and does not include labor or consequential damages of any kind.

All warranty claims must be made with an original sales invoice.

Core returns (alternators, starters, some axles, and other remanufactured parts) must be made within 60 days of the original sale (regardless of when the part was actually installed). Cores must be returned in their original box and must be in rebuildable condition (no cracked, broken, rusted through or missing pieces).

New part return claims must be made within 15 days of the original date of sale. Any new part returns made after 15 days will incur a 15% handling charge. No returns shall be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Clearance items are non-returnable.

New part returns must be in the original unopened, uninstalled, clean, resalable condition. No returns on electrical parts (alternators, starters, distributors, ignition modules, coils, etc). No returns on special order parts.
